Heather is an Assistant Project Manager to the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
Upon graduating from university with a degree in Geography, Heather went on to complete an MBA in Project Management, building a strong academic foundation for her career in delivering complex projects. She brings a structured and strategic approach to her role, with experience in planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. As a Project Manager, Heather has developed robust capabilities in overseeing project lifecycles, managing resources, and ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives. She works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout each stage of delivery. Having worked in multiple industries including telecommunications, digital marketing and in the nuclear industry, Heather has developed a strong understanding of highly regulated environments as well as the benefits of agility. She applies her organisational and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring projects remain on track and meet high standards of quality.
